How To Use It

 

Lying on your back, position device under your head and neck as indicated on the HED Nest (NECK HERE). Make micro adjustments until the device feels comfortable to you. The weight of your head will naturally lift the sides of the device to cradle your head in a “hammock” like position.

 

 

If desired gently pull “TOP” part of device to create traction and achieve a “chin tuck” position. This opens joint space, and moves your muscles, ligaments, nerves and tendons into a stress free environment.

 

 

Relax here for at least 15 minutes, while taking deep relaxing breaths, to decrease pain or reduce strain in your head and neck.
